The view was great. Room was spacious, clean, and beds/pillows were comfortable. It has a nice, outdoor area overlooking the river with tables and lounge chairs. Breakfast area was large, but it is easy to take your food outside. Food was typical of a Choice hotel. The river walk is lovely. Our only disappointment was they advertise a restaurant/bar on site with outdoor dining. We were looking forward to it. But, we were there on Sunday, and it was closed.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a river view.

If you pay a little extra you can get a room with a river view and its worth it. The hotel is a little older but the rooms are clean and you get all you except from comfort suites. Lots of room good bed and here an awesome hot, buffet style breakfast. Plus there is a walking trail that is maintained by the city that runs right along the river and you can access right out the hotels back door. It's awesome. This is the best hotel I've stayed in this area.

The location is the primary reason that we stay here. The view of the Mississippi River is just wonderful and I find it very relaxing. Rooms are a typical Comfort Suite but you must get a room facing the River. It is very Mark Twainish but with air conditioning. Grab your favorite beverage, find a chair outside an turn your cell phone off.

Cannot speak highly enough about the staff. We had family coming in from out-of-town for a funeral and with only one day’s notice, they were able to accommodate a block of 10 rooms and were gracious enough to offer a discounted rate.
The rooms, while some of the nicest around, could use updating and a good scrub down. Our shower fixtures were coming undone. Nothing more than general wear-and-tear, but should be addressed.
The view of the Mississippi River was beautiful. I would open our curtains as soon as we woke up just to see the beauty of the river.
Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not working at the time. The morning we were leaving I did notice that the pool was full of water, so I’m assuming they had it back up and running.

Room Tip: ask for a room facing the river, otherwise you'll have a view of a levee

The hotel is lovely, comfortable and beautifully situated on the Mississippi river "inside the levee".
Our room overlooked the river and the city lights of Natchez, but it was the biking possibilities that intrigued us. We were on the levee in the early morning on July 5th for a bike ride along a gravel and/or dirt path. Riding under the MIssissippi Rive bridge was a new experience for us.
Several days after our visit we realized we'd lost a set of keys. The hotel staff was so helpful in finding and mailing them to us.

Room Tip: Half of the rooms have a fine view of the Mississippi River; the other half face the parking lot a...

We were in town for a youth track meet. We booked the rooms a month in advance for our track team. The view was great and Danielle and Elizabeth were great front desk clerks. The exercise room was closed the entire 5 days of our stay and the inside pool very unclean. I asked the general manager, Clara, and owner Virgil Jackson when will the exercise room reopen and they both had nasty snide remarks. I informed them once agian the reason for our visit and again very unpleasant responses. If all you are looking for is a view I highly recommend this hotel but if you require service with a smile and a clean environment please stay elsewhere.

We had a nice room with a view of the river. Really relaxing room. Hotel staff was nice, and best breakfast for hotel you can ask for. Natchez is right across river but the river walk on hotel side is better. Peaceful place to walk the banks of the river. Have coffee while sun coming up over hill of Natchez.

Room Tip: No balcony just window large window over looking river, it you get the river side.
