Seven of us went for lunch on Sunday and having read some rather mixed reviews I really didn't know what to expect.
There were plenty of plus points for us - a very friendly welcome and the staff made a real fuss of our little boy, much to his delight. Real ale choice was great (Wainwright for us...) and the menu was varied too.
Only down side was the speed - it was very slow, both to take our order and to serve it. When the food arrived, we all found it really tasty so overall, probably worth the wait!
