First of all I would like to thank you for your sharing your comments with us as we great appreciate your input.
I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have cause and do want you to know that I will be addressing your concerns with my staff to what possibly may have been done differently so that the next time we have a similar situation we can handle it differently to ensure total guest satisfaction.
We do strive here at the Ramada Conference Center New Iberia to ensure that each and everyone of our guests have a comfortable stay and enjoy their time in our area, I am so sorry that that was not the case for yourself.

The 2nd morning, I went to the breakfast bar and was charged as I did not know I needed some kind of ticket for the free breakfast.It was not a good value for the money, 6.95 for cold sausage patty and an extra$1.50 for one cup of coffee and no one offered a refill. The first morning, no one asked me for a ticket. The only other thing is you may want to add more electric outlets in rooms for today's phone and media devices. Check for black mold in tub/shower- caulk was black in one place.
