Wonderfully modern, clean and comfy bed too! Roomy with fridge and microwave in room. Delish breakfast including hot eggs and bacon, biscuits and grits. Lovely, friendly staff. Kid friendly. Ample parking. Convenient to interstate (although hard to see from main road).

My sister and I visited Natchitoches for the annual Christmas Festival. We decided to stay at the Comfort Suites, and are glad we did! It was wonderful, the staff was helpful and friendly, they gave us a gift bag when we checked in, it was such a nice surprise! The suite was beautiful, clean and smelled good! I will stay here every time I visit Natchitoches! I read that this comfort suites is one of the highest rated in the country, and now I see why! Wonderful hotel!

I can't say enough good things about this warm and friendly hotel! Our church group stayed here last week for the the Festival of Lights and we also toured the plantations etc. When one of the ladies became ill. It was Mary the head of cleaning that came to our rescue. She made sure that everything was extra specially cleaned and sanitized to prevent further spread of germs to the other room mate and to make our sick friend feel refreshed and comforable.
When I told the front desk that my room smelled like smoke, Mary came to my room to investigate she sanitized our room and went on the hunt to find out who was smoking in the hotel.
Then I missed our chartered bus to go into town for shopping, dinner, the Festival of Lights and Fireworks and the sweet girl at the front desk found me a trusted ride to town so that I did not miss the highlight of our trip!
The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was is top form and it was easy to see that they were there to make our stay the best. We are already talking about a return trip.
Thanks to the entire staff.

First off, this is probably the best hotel in Natchitoches and the place to stay, unless you are there specifically for the numerous B&Bs. It’s likely the newest hotel, very clean and room was comfortable. The breakfast is the typical standard issue hotel breakfast – nothing terrible, nothing fantastic. The eggs have the texture and flavor of powdered, but I can’t say they are for a fact. Usual assortment of items. Cooked oatmeal instead of instant would be nice. Very little by way of fresh fruit. That said, this hotel, like all those in Natchitoches is overpriced. I have stayed at numerous of the same brand in other cities, of equal quality, for as much as ¾ the cost. Due to the outpost location, it appears the hotels in this town all are price fixed pretty close to each other, all inflated by at least 20% or more where they would be. You can save $20-$30 a night or more staying 30 mins away in Alexandria if you are a traveler and don’t have to be in Natchitoches. This price point would get you a higher grade of hotel most anywhere else.

Room Tip: Front of hotel is noisiest.

We evacuated here from hurricane Isaac. This hotel was the best of an otherwise horrible experience. The hotel rooms were imaculate. The breakfast was great: bacon, eggs, waffles and more. Free wifi, computer room, excercise room. The staff was super friendly. Special shout out to Mrs. Mary in housekeeping. She was an angel. She was so friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about us. My new favorite hotel.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review! We know how stressful a hurricane can be so we are so happy to hear that your stay was satisfactory. Thank you for complimenting all of our ammenties and especially for recognizing our head of housekeeping, Mrs. Mary! She is a wonderful part of our hotel and she puts extra care into our suites and our customers! She's a role model for our entire staff! We look forward to seeing you again, hopefully minus the hurricane!
