The pies here have every inch covered with the topping of your choice. It is popular with the locals, so that is a good sign. The garlic bread with cheese is a great starter. The pizzas are the main attraction, but the salads are also worth a selection as a meal or a starter. If you prefer plain pizzas, you better let them know, because the topics are flowing here.

A long time Lafayette tradition, thank God they are finally opening a southside location. For me there is no other pizza. I grew up eating here and it remains my families favorite. Perfect thin crust, plenty of toppings, cold beer, great salads and a fun, noisy atmosphere. The service has always been acceptable for a pizza joint. Very busy on the weekends and food takes a while, so don't be in a hurry. Stop wasting your time with all of the modern style stuff like fancy crusts and square pizza. Visit PV for straight up old fashioned style pie.

Known for their crispy thin crust, well seasoned pizzas and great chef salad, my mouth waters win I think of Pizza Village. Location is out of the way, but well worth the trip.

I eat alot of pizza and have had it from all over the world. Thin crust was really good and lightly flakey. Wasn't alot of pizza sauce and pepporoni's were slightly above average. Generic cheese. Cheese and sauce define a pizza and this was very generic. It was ok but would not return. To many other places to try next time.

I have enjoyed dining at Pizza Village many times. Recently however we had a poor service experience that suprised me. Our waiter did not show up for 30 minutes after someone else brought out the food. We were never checked on or offered more drinks. What also disappointed me was the lack of apology or offer for any kind of reason to entice us to go back from the management. It was sort of like "oh well , i will have to correct him". Lots of other places to eat in Lafayette where they appreciate the customers.
