This was the third time I crossed the Causeway from New Orleans to have brunch at this restaurant. Everything served is local some even raised on the farm the Restaurant owns. Everything We had was top notch. Atmosphere is comfortable and service was professional but relaxed. Not your normal Sunday Brunch, much better.

Best country French in the area, and my favorite Besh restaurant. Nice on a cool winter night when they have the fireplaces lit and it is very cozy. Nice bar and waiting area as well.

It is a little out of the way but well worth the travel from where ever you are. It is like walking into a french country home and being welcomed as family.
The staff is very knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful, but you don't feel like they are hovering over you while you eat.
The pate and french bread toast they start you off with is excellent.
Love the fact that a lot of the ingredients are locally grown, some of their meats too.

Besh has continued Chef Chris' traditions and standards. Cozy bar, fireplaces in dining rooms, the pate and french bread rounds are awesome. Try the rabbit dishes, but can't go wrong with others. Miss Joyce makes sure things stay top notch.

Went on Sunday afternoon between Brunch and Dinner on Mardi Gras weekend and we actually had the restaurant just to ourselves for most of the time. Great ambiance, superb staff, creative wonderful fresh food dishes. Highly Recommend the stuffed quail gumbo and any and ALL of the desserts. They grow most of their own produce and farm animals.
