My stay at the hotel was good but checking in was not. I specifically told the clerk when I made the reservations not to charge this room to my credit card that I would pay cash when we got there, because I was also booking a room for someone else. Asked her only to hold the room on my card. When I checked in the rooms were already charged to my credit card, the manager came and fixed it and we paid in cash, however, the charge on my credit card has yet to be refunded. so therefore, I've paid for two rooms...two times!
