this hotel was very nice and with great amenities - the pool was wonderful - the hot tub was not heated but the flowing water fall was cool - the pond had sheep in the pasture and the pond looked lovely

Room Tip: it was on a quiet street and rooms had been updated - the 2 bed rooms had pillow top mattress

Inexpensive, very nice room and motel premises. Staff very friendly. Very comfortable bed; quiet. Bathroom looks new but a bit too compact, sink a bit awkward to use due to its compact design. Shower is good, but remember to close the door so the steam doesn't activate the smoke detector. Our room could have used a closet-style bar for hangers. Noticed an appropriate nook for such a bar in the room. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

We were in town for a wedding and found this quaint drive up motel online. We were very impressed with the whole place! Our room was newly renovated, clean, comfortable and very appealing. The gathering patio was comfortable and breezy and the kids loved the pool!
We will definitely stay here again

L'Acadie exceeded our expectations. While it is an older, small motel, it's comfortable and quiet - and not cookie-cutter. Great countryside views and off the beaten track. The hospitality was very warm and welcoming and we were treated to a local breakfast of the best Boudin in Louisiana and delicious local donuts. The rooms are tastefully renovated and very clean but a bit musty. Pillows could stand to be upgraded but the beds, while not fantastic, are comfortable. The owners take a lot of pride in this tidy, quaint Inn. We look forward to returning.

I'm somewhat at a loss of words to best describe my experience. Overall, was very good, no complaints. It lies about 5 miles east of Eunice. Without GPS, good luck finding it. Since it's in the country (so to speak) it's quiet. The hotel wasn't near full, so I may have not had anyone in next room; but it was very quiet, conducive to a good night's sleep. Bathroom is small, but adequate. There were no outlets in the bathroom. Actually there were none apparent in the room except where TV, refrigerator, and A/C were plugged in. There was a table lamp with two outlets built in, not sure is they stayed active once light was turned off. The room has been remodeled, was clean, and bed was comfortable. Except the fact that I had to run 5 miles into town for a meal, the accommodations were fine. Judged on price and facility, gave it a very good rating. There's newer hotels in town, but the prices were higher.
