My wife, son, in-laws, and I stopped here after a disappointing day at the Coushatta casino. It was around 8:15 pm and the restaurant closed at 9 pm. Went inside and were greeted by a very friendly staff. My son and I had the all-you-could eat fried catfish which was priced the same as the 3-fillet dinner. My wife and in-laws had a seafood salad and gumbo. The catfish was excellent. Hot and fried just right. The staff was always checking on us and the other patrons. The manager asked if we wanted more fish and we said, "we would, but you'd probably like to close." He remarked that he would stay past closing as long as we were eating. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. I'm going to make it a point to stop and eat here when I go to the casino. Seems like that's the only place that I won that day.
