We went there for a Journey concert and the facility is SUPER. Easy parking, easy to find seats, but the rows are TIGHT. Comfortable seats, great staff. Great seats from just about anywhere in the building!

I recently attended the Reba/Kelly concert at the CenturyTel Center.

The center entrance is close to three stories above the parking lot. Fortunately it was designed with a winding ramp that goes up to the entrance level. Unfortunately, they stationed an usher at the entrance to the ramp and would only let wheelchair customers use it. It was quiet an experience to help my 63 year old mother up the stairs. What was worse, they were even turning way people with canes and walkers. My experience got worse from there. Our seats were directly behind a wheel chair seating area and the unfriendliness continued. There were two ladies in wheel chairs in the section and the each had people sitting beside them with tickets to sit there. However a head usher came over and forced the non-wheel chair customers to leave the section. He was kind enough to use his radio to locate some trouble seats and reseat the people near the top of the arena. So here we are with two people left alone in the wheel chair section as a result of the usher forcing the others move to other seats. Then, he promptly went up into the nose bleed seats and pulled four young adults from there high up seats and reseated them in the wheel chair section. So the wheel chair customers ended up sitting in the middle of five very obnoxiously drunk people instead of the people they came to the concert with.

Parking at the center is fine. However, they do not have sufficient traffic control and it took almost an hour and a half to get out of the parking lot.

We attended a convention at the CenturyTel Center. It was very nice. There were a lot of steps at the front entrance, but there was a lower VIP entrance where certain ones could just walk right in onto the arena floor level. Parking was great. I hope we go back!
