WE visit this little country kitchen pretty often. The food is always excellent and the price is outstanding. You get a lot of food for very little money.

Good basic grub in a 24-hour café. Great breakfast, especially the wonderful biscuits. Neat place, dark pressed tin ceiling, warm wood on the wall, cheesy "country decorations". Fine service, many local regulars. Appears as if they also have a good salad bar, but never had it since I usually just eat breakfast there.

There is no choice for vegetarians except for the breakfast menu. I tried the taco salad with no meat and they added double the cheese.

It has lots of options for food. Veggies and meat like you would get at home. The service is very good. Seems like the waitresses have been there a long time

Poor, poor, poor... I ordered the lunch "special" of chicken fried steak with three vegetables. I specifically asked the waitress if the CFS was breaded there or a cheap patty. She promised it was made to order. Lie. It was no different than what you would receive in a Hungry Man frozen dinner. The green beans and turnip greens were straight from the can and unimproved. The mashed potatoes were obviously instant. The roll was cold and hard. I paid $11 dollars for a terrible, misrepresented meal. Skip this one. No effort or care is being put into the food.
