We got in right away for dinner Friday night without a wait. The prices were average for what you get charged at these types of "tourist" destinations, but the portions were large. When we unwrapped our silverware bundle, one of the forks was still dirty. Had to wait for drink refills. Other than that, no complaints.

Joe’s is one of our favorite places to eat on the boardwalk and we always get the same thing, Dungeness Crab Legs with old bay seasoning along with a tall Blue Moon. They are so good we seldom want to try anything else. Service is always good.

We were totally surprised by the amount of food that we each received considering the prices weren't too bad. We ordered an "appetizer" of crab dip nachos with black bean and corn salsa as well as some Monterrey jack cheese and an avocado dressing. THE PLATTER WAS HUGE!! It was a meal in itself! For our main dish though, we both had fried fish and french fries (skins on!!), coleslaw and a beverage. There were 3 pieces of fish on each platter and I couldn't even begin to eat my last piece. The food was excellently prepared and the appearance of the dishes was like something out of a food magazine. Since it was a beautiful day, we opted to sit outside and eat.

There is all kinds of sea food but no oysters...which is what I wanted...fried oysters, but THIS WAS GOOD AND ALL FOR ABOUT $40.00
