I love this place and have eaten here just about every time I've been in town (three times at least). It is a large casual restaurant and fine for a casual business dinner or group meeting. Prices are reasonable and everything that I've had has been great. My favorites are the hush puppies (done right) and the Catfish Perdu: fried catfish (get the filets, not the whole fish) topped with crawfish etouffée. This one dish is reason enough for me to look forward to going back to Baton Rouge. I just can't get enough of it. Also try the coleslaw which is a little different and has peanuts in it. For dessert try the Chocolate Pecan Pie. It is a small pie big enough for two and is very tasty.
I've noticed some people commenting on price. I think it is very reasonably priced for the quality of food you get compared to other parts of the nation. Just get there early as the place fills up quickly at dinner time.
