Enjoyed this hotel and definitely plan to stay here again when we return to BR. The hotel had a nice deal when staying two nights. Beds were very comfortable; bathrooms was large and clean.

We just returned from a short stay. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the hotel and it probably marks the end of our experience with Priceline after several years of mostly positive experiences.

The Radisson is located right off of I-10 and in fact is so close to the interstate that you can clearly hear the cars zooming by.

The rooms are all done in hardwood/laminate and our room's floor was sticky. The beds creaked all night long every time someone moved. The walls were not clean and had scuff marks. The sink did not drain properly. There was no fridge in the room. We asked and were told the hotel did not have refrigerators only to see one being delivered later to a room down the hall. Additionally, the closet is located in such a way that the room door must be closed to get into it. The shower was very nice (no tub though) and the television did work. The side door to the hotel had a place for your room key but the key did not work there most of the time.

The front desk staff were mostly pleasant but the housekeeping staff was extremely noisy, talking loudly and letting doors slam at will.

We had a great time in Baton Rouge and will return but it will not be to this hotel.

This hotel is just okay. We got the sleep number bed at it was horrible. The pillows were too soft. The shower however was great. Would not stay here again. Why pay for a room to sleep and you don't sleep!

Sometimes I wonder if it is true that prepaid (hotwire, hotels.com, etc.) customers get a bad deal when we check in.....the front desk guy did his job, but then remained completely unfriendly and gave me a handicapped access room with a view of a roof and next to the elevator....noisy!!

I was perfectly pleasant and spent money at their bar/restaurant which was undergoing a major transition. The restaurant only had 4 entrees to choose from and 1 line of wine (all were La Terre). The bartending staff were friendly enough though and made everything else ok. The room had a noisy a/c unit and there was another a/c unit right outside my door in the hallway. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. The decor was strange and it looked as if a recent renovation had been undertaken rather sloppily. To be honest, I'm not sure if the room really was clean or not! Also, there was no hotel information in the room, so although there was a pool outside, I never even ventured to look at it as it seemed obscurely located. Nor could I find out if room service was an option although the staff kept pushing that the restaurant was a "full service restaurant".

I guess it was ok for 1 business night; I mean, in the end, I didn't pay an excessive amount of money for the stay, but....maybe I should have stayed somewhere else.

This newly redone Raddison was very comfortable. The rooms were on the small side but they were clean and the beds were new, pillows were fluffy . The shower was to die for and although right on the interstate the a/c made just the right amount of noise for a good night's sleep. Two of them in fact...
