This is listed on this site as the Red Lion, it's now Radisson.
It has a very funky decor. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it had Sleep Number beds, full body showers, laminate floors, heavily textured walls and generally really interesting furnishings. It really was like a boutique hotel for one of the cheapest rates in the area. I've stayed in worse, big name hotels in Los Angeles for three or four times the price.
If you want a plain room and are going to be offended by something different you should keep looking. It is right next to the freeway and you can hear it.
A great find. I loved it.
