“Noisey, Loud, Staff unattentive”

I drive in late Saturday evening hoping to watch the football game only to find out they do not carry the Big Ten Network. Not the end of the world, but their proximity to absolutely nothing makes it difficult to go out anywhere. Then they had some sort of reunion going on where there were 50 people in a 20 person conference room, with coolers full of alcohol which made things so loud, sitting in the lobby and enjoying anyones company was out of the question. Regulated to my room I fiqured at least it would be quiet there, however the guests from the reunion flowed over into the hallways until well past 2:00 AM and didnt quiet down even after calling the front desk. We had an early soccer game at the fields next door, and so afterwards we went back to catch a nap before the afternoon game, only to be refused a late checkout. I stay at Hampton Inns all over the country and usually have a great experience. This one left me re-thinking my next stay near Akron. I will defineately go elsewhere next time.

Thank you for your review of your stay at our hotel. We always appreciate hearing from our guests. I understand that the noise was an issue during your time with us. We strive to have additional overnight managers available during high traffic periods to assure the comfort and safety of our guests. Again, I apologize for the inconveniences and I do hope the next time you return to area you consider staying with us again.

Our family was in the Cincinnati area to visit the Creation Museum and Kings Island for a weekend getaway! This hotel turned out to be a great choice for us. It was obviously fairly new. Everything was spotless ! I am usually very picky about cleanliness and it says a lot that I didn't mind my little girls walking around barefoot on the carpet in our room! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub throughout the weekend ( also very clean)! The breakfast area was large and well appointed. We never had trouble finding a seat. Breakfast itself was very good...lots of choices...we always enjoy the waffles! The breakfast staff was very courteous, helpful and kept right on top of everything! It's true that this hotel is right off of the highway (couldn't hear a thing from the road-noise was not an issue) and there is nothing right around it in the way of restaurants but just up the road and into Wilder, there are places to choose from. It was only 20 minutes to The Creation Museum and about the same distance to Cincinnati so it was in a good location for what we wanted to do! I would definitely recommend this Hampton to families visiting the area! It's exactly what one would expect from a Hampton plus some! We'll be back!

We were attending a birthday party in Wilder. We wanted a hotel close by so we could get a taxi back to the hotel after the party. This hotel was perfect. Great location if you want to stay in Northern Ky but away from the hustle of the Riverfront.Easy to get to and sits back off on a private road,so it is quiet!! Rooms not as expensive as on the Riverfront. Great value.Hotel decorated very nice, upscale and modern. Hotel only three years old. Rooms very nice and clean. We had a very quiet room. Bed is very comfy, just like home. I like they have comforters on bed, instead of bed spreads. Very good breakfast. What ever your diet needs, they had it all and plenty of food. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had towed our motorcycle down so we could ride the next day. Plenty of parking, and they let us leave our truck and trailer parked on Sunday so we could ride.I will keep this hotel as a go to when we stay in northern Ky.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 217,at very end of hall. Very quiet,we loved it.Great view.

We travel here often for business and we all love this hotel.

Rooms are spacious and very nice. Beds are great. Breakfast is decent. Public areas are amazing for this price point.

Staff if helpful and very friendly.

Room Tip: 1. Go for the 'suite' (it's not a separate room exactly, but much more roomy than stand...

We went to the Cincinnati Reds game on Saturday, September 8 and we usually stay at the Hampton Inn in Covington, but it was booked up with Covington's Octoberfest. So we researched and found Hampton Inn and Suites in Wilder, KY. As it turned out, the hotel was great! The suite we had was very large and comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub area was relaxing and the adjoining patio was nice. The free breakfast was just right for our family. The drive to the Reds game was not bad at all. We went through Newport and crossed over to Cincinnati right next to the ballpark. Newport is nice to drive through, also. We had a great time and the staff at the hotel made sure of it. The price for the suite was $119 for the night. A really good value! We will be back in the future.

Room Tip: If you can, get a room on the northwest side for a great view of the Cincinnati skyline.

We chose this Hampton because we were traveling to Cincinatti to attend a Reds game. Even though the hotel is in Kentucky it is only about 4 miles from the stadium and downtown Cincinatti. Our older gps had trouble finding the actual street address of this hotel but found it by name and city location. It is right off the interstate and at first glance appears to be in the middle of nowhere. However, leave the driveway and turn left, drive 2 miles to exit 14 and there are many food options including fast food and sit down restaurants like Ruby Tuesday. The hotel was very clean and updated. It has a guest laundry and a nice indoor pool and hot tub. However, the fitness center was not in good repair and had hotel brand "off brand " equipment. 2 treadmills were broken. The one bike was in poor condition, had wires hanging from the handle of the bike and the seat was wobbly. The only piece of equipment that appeared to be working was the stair stepper. Breakfast consisted of standard Hampton offerings.

Room Tip: Guest laundry is on the fourth floor. A first floor room is convenient to parking lot, breakfast ro...

I stayed at this hotel for one night on a buisness trip in Covington. The hotel was clean and easy to find. It is near a major highway and situated inbetween Covington and Cincinnati.

A drive into the riverfront area of Cincinnati from this hotel does not take long and it is easy to navigate. This hotel is a good value compaired to the alternatives downtown in regards to location.

The only thing I would have done differently on my stay was regarding the room selection. i selected the city view room for about $10 extra. The actual city view is quite a ways in the distance and to see the city you have to look past some bare fields and construction sites. In the future, I will likley save my clients $10.
