We stayed here while visiting the bourbon trail. We stayed in Room #3 that had a double Jacuzzi bathtub that was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The bar had a good selection of bourbons along with everything else. The restaurant was also good and the bourbon bread pudding was to die for. All of the staff was very friendly and we had a nice relaxing weekend.

Room Tip: room 3 is the only one with the double Jacuzzi bathtub, so worth it

This is a very nice inn that is noteworthy for its friendly and helpful staff. While it includes a comfortable bar and quality restaurant, the rooms and amenities are typical of a first-rate B&B. Plan to bring your own hair-dryer, although I'm sure the front desk would move heaven and earth to provide one if necessary.

A couple of additional notes about room #1: As they clearly state online, the bed has a TempurPedic mattress. A salesman once told me and my wife that "people either love them or hate them." One of us loved it. And, as others have pointed out, the location at the top of the stairway means you will hear a lot of movement in the hall. You will also hear everything that goes on in the sitting room at the foot of the stairs. During the afternoon and early evening this seemed to be a popular refuge for hard-of-hearing seniors and squalling babies. By about 9pm, however, the room cleared out and it was thankfully quiet overnight.

The location is attractive and breakfast was cooked to order. It was a pleasant experience overall and we would return.

We are a group of four couples traveling and visiting the area's bourbon distilleries. Staying here was a great choice. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great way to start our days. The restaurant was nice for dinner at the end of our day. The staff was very friendly. We would gladly repeat our visit.

Room Tip: We were in room 2 and it was very large and comfortable.

We came here for the Bourbon Trail on June 12. What a Great place to stay. The Staff was wonderful, and so nice. The rooms are gorgeous and the bathrooms were spacious. We were a party of 8, that stayed a week. The bar was the best, and so accommodating. We spend alot of time there, sitting on the rocking chairs watching the fireflys and drinking bourbon. If you want a taste of southern hospitality come here. We are planning to come back to the Woodford Inn soon.

Stayed at the Woodford Inn late June. The inn was nice, clean and comfortable. Food in the bar very good. Breakfast nice. Rocking chairs on the porch a nice touch. Very convienent to Woodford reserve distillery which was an amazing visit. Also the pictuesque horse farms along the way were beautiful.Would come back.

Woodford County has so much to see and experience, and I am delighted that you were able to enjoy distillary visits as well as our scenic land. We would love for you to come back and visit and see what else the area has to offer. Kentucky is at it's best in the Fall. Thank you! - Your friends at The Woodford Inn
