I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Sumerset during a recent business trip.

It is a nice hotel. My room was huge. Big, comfortable bed, very clean, and very cool on a very hot day. The staff was very nice and helpful. The exercise room was good and the equipment in good shape. Location was convenient to most dinning opportunities…though the variety of restaurants was limited. My one complaint is the black-out shades in the room. They don’t close fully. My window looked out on an Arby’s sign that glowed neon red most of the night. I ended up having to use my suitcase to wedge the shades together to keep the room dark. If they’d put Velcro on the shades so they’d stay together, this could be avoided. Otherwise a pretty good stay

This hotel has the most comfortable beds. I've stayed here twice and slept great. I've been tempted to ask them what kind of mattress it is! The interior is greatly improved since they remodeled and now they have an elevator. The pool is average but stays busy. The hot tub is good but the water smells and has a film over it like oil but I've noticed this at other hotels, too. Is that normal? Complimentary breakfast provided but get there early. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.
