The hotel was right off the highway. We had reservations, but needed to make some last minute adjustments. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant (thank you Monique!). The hotel itself was one of the cleanest I've stayed in for awhile-including the breakfast area. I would stay here again.

Room Tip: We had a king suite- very spacious.

We went with this hotel and used our USAA discount! The location was perfect as we were also seeing family there and had a baby with us. They offer cribs for free. The hotels i got quotes from. The same area went back on their quotes.. This hotel was idiot free! Monique at the front desk was amazing! Shes awesome! The soaps and lotions were citrus bath and body works. The tv was nice along with the chair and the many different lamps. The pool was small and had too many people in there when i went down there so I did not swim. The lobby area/ cafeteria area was extremely nice. I gave this hotel an average because i was disgusted with the sticky carpet in the room and something was splattered on the headboard like soda. We stayed in room 205. We came in from fort campbell, ky area. I let them know about the stickiness i. Room 205. They are suppose to clean it up.

Went to Radcliff on business and used the HIE as other co-workers were staying nearby. How fortuitous! Helpful and friendly staff made checking in a breeze. The room was big- two big queen sized beds, desk, tv/drawers unit. Refrigerator was medium-sized, enough to comfortably store a weeks worth of groceries. Wi-Fi signal in room was strong and reliable. Lots of outlets for my electronics. Hot breakfasts with a rotating protein, and all the other carbs expected. The cookies for desert most nights were a welcome surprise. I wish I had a chance to check out the Wednesday light dinner, but I enjoyed going out to sample the local culinary specials. HIE-Radcliff is in my top 3 stays in a hotel this year. Someplace to repeat whenever business brings me back into town!

One of the most ftiendly places I have visited. The staff is very accomodating and welcoming. The breakfast is very accomodating and the breakfast area is maintained in a high state of cleaningless. I have placed this hotel in my favorites while visiting the Ft. knox area.

Very nice, clean hotel. Paula at the front desk was very helpful and efficient, always with a smile. Breakfast was wonderful every morning with omelets, ham, gravy biscuits and sweet rolls. Would stay here again.
