“It really is a house!”
Reviewed December 16, 2013

the restaurant is situated in a very large renovated home in downtown Owensboro. Parking is a bit tight but the downstairs bar area has a gigantic selection of KY bourbons. We had a large party and service was good and the food was tasty but not remarkable. Price was a good value.

“Best restaurant”
Reviewed December 2, 2013 via mobile

This place is fantastic. If you found yourself near here, go. Classy, fun, and the best food I've have had in a long time. The chef is phenomenal! Take a date or party, you'll be impressed. Also the largest Bourbon selection in the world. Fyi.

“Bourbon Mecca”
Reviewed October 19, 2013 via mobile

The choice of Bourbons is ridiculous. I think they said it's around 100 different bottles and the most anywhere. I had a very good meal and enjoyed the chatter of some locals at the bar downstairs.

“A Hidden Gem”
Reviewed October 9, 2013

The Miller House did not disappoint on our recent visit. Beautiful restored home with charm and class. The staff was super friendly. Our waiter was very nice and knew the menu well. Our meal was beautiful to look at in addition to being very high quality. Both meals exceeded our expectations. We went downstairs to the bar area and plan to return and enjoy our meal in the relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The wine and beer selection was also good. We liked the Miller House a lot and will return in the future.

“steak substitute”
Reviewed October 8, 2013

ordered the rib eye. Steak was obviously what I would refer to as a thin breakfast steak. Either that or a thinly sliced sandwich steak. Either way I never went back. Quality businesses would never let something like that happen in the kitchen.
