The Classy Pig has turned me into a ribs snob.
Without exaggeration, they are the best I've ever eaten. And, I've had them here many times and they have always been good.
They are smoked on site to perfection. Meaty, juicy and tender. The dry rub and the wood they use to smoke them create an amazing bark. Their sauce is good but, these ribs have such a great smoke flavor that I find myself eating them just as they come.
If you live in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area or are visiting the area, you just have to try these ribs.
