Let me first say, they took 50% off the rate, and I was not going to write ANYTHING. Bit after going to 3 more Marriott hotels, just want people to know.
We checked in, and I asked for a room with no one above us, (we did have a top floor room, but my knee was bothering me). The room was changed and we were assured no one would be above us. We went to the room, and I went to the bathroom for kleenex. Went to throw it away, and could not find a trash can. Opened the door under the sink, and pulled out a trash can with condoms in it! The man upstairs was up all night, the channel listings did not match the t.v. Got up the next morning to take a shower, and black hair was throughout. Went to the front desk, and had to go back a 1/2 hr later as the Mgr was not there yet. She listened to my story, and then said, "they offered to take $20 off yesterday and you said you didn't want that." The attitude was NOT a Marriott way of running a hotel. After being told the trashcan and the room was checked twice, I just quit. They took half off the price of the hotel, but the apology came from the lady in charge of cleaning, NOT the manager.More
