I have stayed here alot in the the past 3 years. The front desk staff is very friendley and helpful.
They always take very good care of me when I stay here. Nice clean rooms and at a great price.
Thanks Jose for making me feel like we are at home here. Also the management here will do whatever they can to make your stay a good one. For the money you can't beat staying here.

I frequently stay at this hotel for work and have never been disappointed. Jose, who works at the front desk, is fantastic--he provides wonderful service. He is always pleasant and goes above and beyond to make sure my room and stay are comfortable. The rooms are nice and clean and the property is close to many great areas and restaurants.

We called to book two rooms for two adults per room. We found a coupon in the Hotel Coupons.com book from a tourist info center for $51 per room for a king bed. The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude to us. He said they didn't have any rooms left but double. We asked if he would consider honoring this coupon for a double room since he was out of King rooms and we needed two rooms. He hung up on us and when we called back gave us a terrible run-a-round. I am hoping management reads these reviews. We travel alot and will never consider staying at this hotel in the future. The individual working was on the 7/31/2012 shift at 5:30pm. His behavior and attitude was very unacceptible.

My brother and sister-in-law and I had reserved our king-bed rooms well in advance of our arrival. We arrived late in the evening, checked in and went upstairs and found that we had double-bedded rooms--not so bad for me, but a problem for them. We went back to the desk and said we wanted the king beds that we reserved. The desk clerk gave us a song and dance about not being able to provide them to us--blamed it on the computer. After an argument we headed back to our rooms, I started unpacking for the 3 days stay. An hour later (now something like 11 pm) they notified us that we could move to different rooms either that night or the next day. Since it was so late and we'd been on the road all day, we opted for the next day--but that involved repacking everything we had and dragging it down to the hotel office since we were going to be gone all of the next day. Naturally our new rooms needed to be cleaned as well as our old ones. What an inconvenience! Why didn't they get this right to begin with????? The rest of the stay went more smoothly.

Breakfast was just OK. I always look forward to the waffles--but the machine didn't properly cook them! After 2 days of undercooked waffles I opted for other things on the third day. Something was definitely wrong with the waffle cooker.

Great hotel for the price. Stayed on the 3rd floor (indoor) for 3 nights. Bed was very comfortable. Had added unexpected bonus of fridge and microwave. Did not have their breakfast so can't speak for that. In a great location--almost too good, had trouble getting out onto the main road a few times. Walls are a bit thin but no worse than usual--our noise maker cured that problem, well at least until the made started to clean and vacuum the room next to us waking my wife who was trying to sleep in.

My recent stay here was great. I had a room on the third floor, which is all indoor (first two floors have the room doors outside). When booking the room, the listing did not indicate there was a fridge or microwave, so I was unexpectedly delighted to see both in the room. The bed was super comfortable and provided a great night's sleep, which was so nice after several days of traveling and staying in less than stellar beds. The hotel is located right by several restaurants, and is right by the highway, which will take you right to two malls and even more restaurants just about 5 minutes away. Great room, great location, great price!
