The location was great, because I could run my dog at the park near by. But the pictures look way better than the actual rooms. I could hear everything going on in the room above me and smell the smoke from people smoking outside.

We appreciate for your feedback and the fairness of your rating concerning your recent stay at our hotel.

I am glad to hear that you like the location and surroundings of our hotel. We have lot of green space all around that pet lovers like. We happily accept pet and have dedicated rooms set aside.

I understand that pictures speak thousand words but again they are pictures. We however do maintain our rooms as per Ramada standards. But since the rooms are in occupied each day there is some wear and tear and I am sure no hotel room pictures will mimic the actual rooms.

Nevertheless, I thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you. Please be assured that we take comments such as yours very seriously .Thank you for the fairness of your rating once again and we look forward to better serve you in near future.

I was completely disgusted by this Ramada. There was a wad of gum stuck in the filthy carpet, what appeared to be male body fluid stains in multiple places on the bedskirt, blood on the wall, and it looked like the bathroom door had been beaten down at some point. Unfortunately we were stuck staying here for three nights for a huge volleyball tournament. I will never stay at another Ramada again!

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns about your recent experience. I sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectations.

We had 24 of your teams mates and their family stay with us for Junior Volleyball Tournament and most of the comments we received were positive.

If room that you reserved did not meet your expectations , then you should have immediately notified guest service agent upon check-in for a room change. There is a manager on duty or on-call and a staff member 24 hours a day to assist guests with their special requests and/or any reported service issues.

Please be assured that we take critical comments such as yours very seriously and have forwarded your comments to the housekeeping department and corrective measures will be taken to avoid such a shortfall in the future.

We look forward to the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
