Couldn't get a room downtown so stayed here. Great decision. Easy drive into city and less than half the rate. Huge room with fridge and microwave. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly. Hotel was slammed with teen volleyball players which stretched the staff but never caused a problem for us. Only (small) gripe....no toast or muffins or any sort of bread on breakfast buffet. Odd.

This is an old school property, that apparently has a new owner, we were told by staff and under renovations. The breakfast buffet area was closed. Arrangements were made to serve in another room. We were given a very strange room that smelled terrible. The door barely opened without hitting bed and tv cabinet. Once inside, hand sink was in the bedroom and there was a large closet type room off bedroom that had a table, small frig. and microwave & no lighting, no chair? We stored our luggage here. The sheets had small stains that apparently did not wash out, worn material. Towels were worn. We were too tired to move everything so toughed it out. Other rooms may be nicer but taking overall cleanliness & quality of ammenities for price, this is a 2 star property.

Room Tip: If this is within your price range ask to see room before paying to check on cleanliness, smell, size, etc.

We stay here yearly, love the place! The pool lacks a bit, but our children love it! The breakfast is great! It is an all you can eat warm buffet! This year they bumped us up to the Govenor's suite......very awesome!
