Very impressed with the detail of the Lewis and Clark display. Learned interesting facts. Never knew there were so many different kinds of alcohols produced in Kentucky. Large display of miniatures.

History is told through the weapons of history and how they played a part in the world. There are many other types of exhibits that are of interest on a rotating basis that are well worth the time.

Our 5th grade students went on a field trip to the Frazier History Museum. It was a great field trip. I haven't been in a long time and they have really changed the place and updated it. If you visit allow more time to see everything. It's really a gun trip for all ages.

We wanted to stop by to see the new KBT welcome center. We found the history of Bourbon in Louisville and Kentucky fascinating. We loved the Lewis and Clark exhibit and it’s interactive experience. We really enjoyed it.

Had an afternoon with nothing to do and decided to visit the museum. Being a history teacher the museum was right up my alley. It's not huge by any stretch of imagination but there is enough around the museum to keep it interesting for a few hours.

The Frazier History Museum is relatively small but packs a significant punch with its historical overview of Kentucky. Worthy of special mention were both the Lewis and Clark Experience as well as Linda Bruckheimer's Kentucky Photograph Gallery. With this said, all of the exhibits inclusive of the Historic Miniatures and Southern Arms Collections were worthwhile and interesting in viewing and learning about.

A definite attraction not to be missed when in Louisville....

This is a great museum! They don’t have terrific breadth, but good depth and focus on the major themes. The exhibits are well designed, visually interesting, well lit, and communicate the message effectively. In addition, there are interesting exhibits of artifacts from well recognized historical figures—Washington’s long rifle, Teddy Roosevelt’s rifle, and items connected to Jesse James and Geronimo. The photo exhibit was creative and cleverly captioned. Plan to spend at least an hour and a half here.

The museum (and gift shop) is a great place to really get a feel of the founding and early history of Louisville, the history of the Bourbon Trail, and the state of Kentucky as a whole. Give it at least a good hour and a half, maybe two, to really see everything and interact with all of the exhibits.

This museum walks one through Kentucky's history and the men and women who made it. The museum is lovely, and it apparently hosts a myriad of events. Great for kids as well.
