Wonderful server who was ready for anything we needed. Quality of food was superb. Reasonably priced. Very clean and excellent experience for couples or families.

“Not exactly what I expected :-)”
Reviewed November 24, 2012

This was talked up to be one of the best seafood restaurants around. The onion rings were cold, and the batter had no flavor. The fantail shrimp were so greasy and the batter seemed to not be done and definitely not fresh seafood, more like prefrozen and package. Not on my to do list EVER again!

I guess we should have took the hint from the couple next to us complaining about the food and the service not to mention they left without to go boxes and had a huge amount of food remaining on the table.

“Very disorganized food cold”
Reviewed November 11, 2012

We arrived and were seated quickly. Manager came over and said they would get the waitress. Took another 20 minutes. Ordered food and drinks at the same time. Got the food before the drinks ever arrived. Guess what, yup food cold! Cocktail shrimp tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for a week. Took forever to get the bill. It wasn't even that busy on a Friday night.
Won't be going back.

“Good Food”
Reviewed October 31, 2012

We ate at the location by Zorn Ave..
I had a whitefish sandwich, my wife had whitefish in a cream sauce with capers. It was very tasty.
We had a waiter named Judy, she was very attentive and friendly. There are three waiters I know there who are very good, Princess, Eric, and of course, Judy.

“Great fish sandwich.”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

Do not come to a Kingfish expecting a gormet seafood dinner. However, the one at Zorn and River Road has a great location overlooking the Ohio River. We took advantage of a great fall afternoon to have fried whitefish sandwiches and onion rings while watching the boats go by. They have been known for the thick slabs of whitefish for many years. Once a year they put their sandwiches on sale for $2.99!
Service at the carryout desk was very friendly. Very enjoyable.
