This is a mixed bag, but mostly negative. Gordon Bierch Brewery and Restaurant and Tengo Sed Cantina were of average service, food and drink. At the Ri Ra Irish Pub, I never was served the appetizer I ordered. The manager did not make be pay for my beer, but the server never apologized for forgetting about my order, he didn't even acknowledge that he forgot about it, he just ignored me. The Hard Rock had staff that acted like they were confused and annoyed by any question. The Howl at the Moon was overcrowded and people were very rude about not letting you squeeze by to get anywhere, thank goodness we were given tickets to get in without cover or we would have wasted our money and time. Finally, Sully's Restaurant and Saloon was an absolutely terrible place. Management, specifically Bobby, was rude and unaccommodating when 5 of our group was let in without a cover charge but then charged the last woman (our DD and 28 week pregnant friend) to get in. He did not offer to refund her, buy her a beverage, or try to fix the situation in any way. He just stated we should feel privileged that the 5 of us got in for free. Once again people were difficult to maneuver around, you literally had to push or nudge people because saying 'excuse me' was completely useless. This place seems very hyped up for no reason, it is just some bars and restaurants in one place, nothing unique or special about it.
