I need my Eastern European fix. So I make my way here today no bahklava but had a cevapi and a gyro. Man this place is killer. Sometimes the wait is long but I like to people watch so I don't mind.

“Best of Louisville”
Reviewed July 9, 2013

If you are looking for a quick meal or a fresh loaf of bread than you are at the right place. This is a Bosnian bakery which is a local secret in Buechel area and it is frequented very often. For a meal, you have a choice of cevapi, beef sausages in freshly made bun with some Bosnian spices and a Bosnian gyro, which is a bit different than the Greek version. Moreover, their fresh made bread, buns, kifla, pastries and other Bosnian products will fill you up and keep your wallet happy as well. The prices are very reasonable, even under priced comparing to Kroger or Walmart bakeries. If you are in to trying some Bosnian chocolates or cookies, you can get those too. Visit this place! You will not be disappointed.
TIPS: They recently moved to the new location 3825 Bardstown Rd. Moreover, call ahead if you are ordering food, since everything is made fresh, sometimes they run out of food.
