If you like to browse antiques and curiosities, this is a must see! Three floors of beautiful furniture, lighting, and oddities, plus a warehouse of salvaged items for homes. Also outdoor area with concrete and wrought iron items. So much to see...allot at least three hours to see it all!

By far the best and most fascinating antique store I've ever been to. I could spend days at a time exploring it. If you love antiques and the unusual, it's a must stop if you're in the Louisville area. Heck, if you're not in the area, it's worth a drive. A great place to find restoration pieces also. The prices are reasonable compared to other antique stores.

If you are in Louisville, Kentucky, and love antiques, you have to make time to stop here. Joe Ley Antiques is located in an old school in downtown Louisville and is PACKED full, every square inch, of old stuff. Anything you could ever want or need is here. Mr. Ley has traveled the world and purchased estates and it is all there. You could spend all day here and still not be done looking. Whatever you want to collect or decorate with or remodel an old home with, it is there. He also has his personal collection of antiques for viewing and they are fascinating. The staff, including Mr.Ley, is friendly and willing to answer any questions or just converse, any time. Call first to make sure of the hours because some times during the year they open at 8:30 a.m. and sometimes 10 am. Closed Sunday, Monday. Parking is on the street out front on a meter so take some change. There is something for everyone, in every price range.
