“Fun Date Night”
Reviewed April 6, 2013

My husband and I just recently went to the Louisville Slugger Field and we had a very good experience! Tickets are very affordable, with the food being slightly pricey. The facility was very clean and not overcrowded. My only complaint is that being pregnant, I took in an unopened tea and the security guard took it (I was so disappointed) - so don't try to take in unopened drinks. This is a great place for a date night, or a night out with the family.

“Fun slugger”
Reviewed April 5, 2013 via mobile

Good place to catch a game. Reasonable prices, including admission and food. Very nice ballpark - kids section out in right field includes playground. Stadium seems new. Good time.

“Take me out to the ballgame...”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

I used to work at Slugger Field and would also come to the games after I stopped working there. I loved it! It is a great place to come and watch a good baseball game at a reasonable price. They also have events on certain days inbetween the innings, which is good entertainment for the kids. Some days, they have where the kids can go out on the field and run the bases after the games. There is something there for all ages to enjoy. Thursdays they have $1 beers and $1 hotdogs!

“AAA baseball at its best”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

I enjoy minor league baseball as much as the majors. They make it very friendly for kids with all the events and activities. As usual you can expect to spend some money at concessions as with all sports events.
Good seating all around makes for a good family day out.

“Not a bad seat in the house”
Reviewed March 17, 2013

My husband is a baseball fan, ANY baseball, and he loves watching games here. The entertainment, the atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming, and as I stated above, there really isnt a bad seat in the house. Just make sure you do research to find out what events are going on the day you go. If you are looking for a quiet romantic outing, avoid the family fun days, for example! There are some great bars and restaurants in the park as well, we LOVE Against the Grain brewery.
