Great property and staff...what you expect from the Embassy Suites Brand. I spend a great deal of time Louisville for work and when I can I like to stay at the Embassy Suites because of the space and the friendliness of the staff. Mr. Wilder the General Manager always treats me like family!

I stayed here for a local wedding and could not have been happier. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was AMAZING! Loved it, wish I was staying longer than one night. The bed was so comfy and the linens were so cozy.

Great week in Louisville due to Embassy Suites hospitality. Room was pricey but close to where I needed to be. Cooked to order breakfast was terrific. Can't say enough about the professional and helpful staff. Room was super clean. Agree with others that the breakfast staff was awesome.

This 6 floor hotel is located on the quieter northeast side of Louisville off of Hurstbourne Road (take Ormsby Station Road to Corporate Woods Drive). The access corridors and suites overlook the large attractive atrium. From check in to check out 4 nights later, my husband and I had one of the best hotel experiences we've ever encountered. The desk staff is exceptional. Our suite was comfy, with a living/work room area with a large flat panel tv, couch, occasional chair and a desk/work table with a chair on EACH side of it (YAY!) and space to accommodate our "dueling laptop computing". The included room wi-fi signal was strong - nice for our laptops, smart phones, my Kindle fire and his iPad. There were plenty of outlets. The nicely appointed bathroom was well-lighted with plenty of counter space for our personal care items, which was a refreshing change from some of the dimly lit, cramped bath areas in some equal to higher priced hotels we've stayed at. The little walk through kitchenette between the sitting area and the bedroom was exactly what we needed - compact fridge, microwave, small sink and a counter large enough for the coffee station, ice bucket and any desired snack preparations. The lovely open atrium does create a bit of echo, especially when things get lively in the attractive common areas downstairs, but the bedroom had its own door to keep the noise down - and handily, another tv, too. The indoor swimming area is small (limit of 5 people in the pool at one time) but well maintained, stocked with plenty of towels and the jacuzzi was sparkling clean. The elevators arrived quickly when called for and their large glass view windows were a classy touch (albeit a tad reminiscent of a scene from Mel Brooks' "High Anxiety").The greatest benefit of staying at Embassy is the fantastic staff. The included breakfast was excellent; there is a made to order omelet bar, and all the sides one could want: fresh fruit, coffee and tea, juice, bagels, bread or english muffins, pastries, yogurt, cereal. On the weekends there is a hot buffet, so there is very little waiting on line, but the omelets are a treat worth the very short wait on busy days. Included in the room cost, in the evenings there is a cocktail reception serving a light warm and cold appetizer, and free beer, wine, soft beverage or bar stock mixed drinks. Please remember to tip the friendly, efficient breakfast cook staff and the personable bartender! We deeply appreciated the thoroughness and proficiency of the housekeeping crew, too. While protocol doesn't demand a daily tip for housekeepers, I recommend it as a very nice way to say thank you!

If you are looking for a hotel that offers 5 star service at 3 star prices this is your choice. There are so many people to list that went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. it started with the reservation. My wife and I drove them crazy with multiple phone calls switching dates and they handled every exchange professionally. We celebrated our daughters 12th birthday while there and they bent over backwards to make it a great dinner. The pizza was an absolute hit, the Chef was wonderful. Our waitress Jessica made us feel at home and made sure we got what we needed. The bartender Monty, fixed the girls a Shirley Temple that was an instant smash. The restaurant manager Trent has a great staff and that his to his credit. The desk manager Clay was the epitome of professionalism the way he handled our needs and accommodations. The rooms were spotless, the mattress is great and the service is top of the line. The pool was clean and there where ample clean and fresh towels. Our family is having a reunion this coming spring with several out of town guest and this is where they will stay.
