Always a treat to drive/wander around this historic and fun section of Louisville. Lots of memories and a place my younger brother loved so much. Wish he were still with us to continue to enjoy it.

The old buildings are pretty, and the little boutiques by the area are worth visiting as well. Youthful vibe compared to downtown, for example. Same with the Highlands area in general.

This is a great little street very eclectic with a wide variety of small stores. Plenty of good restaurants and coffee houses to stop at while shopping. Also have a trolley hop each month which runs up and down the street that you can hop on and hop off.

A great place to walk and visit antique shops and retro places. A 2.5 mile step back in time. Plenty of places to eat and shop along with speciality places along the way.

on the last friday of each month, you can ride the free "trolley" up and down the Avenue to look in all the shops...they stay open until 9 and serve wine tastings and sometimes appetizers...a friendly neighborhood atmosphere...when it's not trolley hop time, lots of good dining to be had here
