“Good place to gather”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 25, 2012

This is a great place to gather with friends on a Fat Friday. Jump on the trolley and take a ride down Frankfort avenue, looking at the shops and restaurants along the way. Our favorite thing to do is take a walk from Peterson Avenue all the way down past Sister Dragonfly gallery. We walk this route even in winter. We walk it while we do our brisk work out walk and then we also just take strolls along Frankfort when we just feel like taking a quiet walk. Great restaurants and boutiques. Definately a place you should visit.

“Nice Shops and Great Restaurants.”

This little eclectic area in Louisville is a cool place with wonderful little shops and some of the best restaurants in the middle of the country.

“Nice little area”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 13, 2012

This is a nice little area with plenty to see and do and lots of friendly people. If you're taking public transportation (TARC) around the area, make sure you're ready to flag down the drivers - it seems like they don't pay much attention to who's waiting at the stops in this area.

“Everything you could want!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 13, 2012

You can do it all on Frankfort Ave.--shop, eat, or just walk. The only downside is that it can be tricky to find a place to park or pull onto the street if you have to cross traffic.

“The only Rival to Bardstown Road”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 6, 2012

Frankfort Avenue has really come alive within the last ten years. Similar to Bardstown Road in the Highlands, it has restaurants, art galleries, coffee shows and book stores. The Comfy Cow is a new welcome addtion.
