Yes this restaurant is on the top of our list. We love to go to Chuy's to eat Mexican food. We have been there several time each year, because we love the food. And the sauces are all good. So many items on the menus to chose from.

Love this place! Especially when it's warm outside. If you can, get a table on the deck. It almost feels like you're at the beach. The food is good - but the chips and fresh salsa and creamy jalapeno sauce are the best in Louisville, in my opinion. Not everyone I've been with feels the same way, but I think it's awesome. The margaritas are great and the atmosphere is too!

we tried to go eat here before going to the St. Matthews mall with some friends.

We were told it was going to be, up to a 45 min wait.

after our group of about 12 waited 50 min, they came back and said that some tables were about to finish, 15 min after that they said the tables were getting to go boxes, 10 min after that they said they could seat us if we split us up in different parts of the restaurant and that some of us could go eat but others would have to wait longer for a table to open up,. well 5 min latter the guy came back and said it would be another 30 - 45 min for a group table to open up. this was after we had waited more than an hour and half for a table and all the people in line behind us got a tables, after we were told it was going to be 30-45 more min, we were tired of the lies and the run-a-around by the staff so we deiced to not waste any more time at this place and go eat at the food court at the mall. all in all if you want to wait 2 hours for a group and get a run-a-round this is the place for you, if not find some place else to eat., i hear taco bell is good and they dont make up things to tell you and you get your food faster

You owe it to yourself, drive to Chuy's, go to the bar, say Hi to the resident EMT bartender and dive into the chips, covered with liquid crack. The salsa's are all great, addicting, and you will not be able to stop! If you hit the happy hour, you can make a meal out of the nacho bar and combined with the chips, salsa, nitey nite. We always stop here, when in town working or driving through the area. Big portions, cold beer and just a great atmosphere. I enjoy all of the food, super friendly staff and just a fun place to eat.

Chuy's is a large Tex-Mex restaurant with something for everyone. There are multiple rooms each decorated with a different colorful, fun theme. The menu is large and varied with fresh, hand rolled tortillas, fresh salsas, fresh chilis, delicious soups, and very large portions. Their signature sauces are delicious. The tortillas can mix and match with the sauces. I am lactose intolerant and am on a low salt diet and they have been accommodating. We have two teen-age children and this is the only restaurant we all love.
