The fire roasted veggie sandwich, salad with lime vinaigrette, and tomato basil soup were delicious and priced reasonably. Their flatbread is great, as well. I'm glad to see healthy, affordable quasi-fast food places becoming more popular.

I have frequented Cosi many times over the last year. Cosi has a very unique approach to dining. It has all the positive aspects of a fast food place fused with a fine dining type experience where the patrons order the food at the front of the restaurant, are issued a number, and wait for the food to be delivered to your table. The food is essentially mediteranean style combined with Americana. They have unique flatbread seafood and poultry flatbread sandwiches, wraps and salads, as well as a great breakfast sandwich menu. The entrees are well under 10 dollars. the atmosphere is sort of a coffee house type setting. The only negative is that they teenagers working who are not very knowledgeable about the food, so the place is not as refined as one would expect with the type of food being served. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend checking this place out.

I am probably a little obsessed with Cosi, which is unusual, because I typically resist chain restaurants. I have tried quite a variety of their options, and have never been disappointed, but tend to gravitate back to my favorite, their signature salad. Their dressing is very light and understated, and this salad has a great combination of crunchy, salty, and sweet with its pistachios, grapes and dried cranberries. On this trip I ordered a duo entree, so I got a half salad, bowl of their awesome tomato basil soup, and a hot slice of their delicious flat bread. Mmmmm

This little place specializing is soups and sandwiches is a good spot for an inexpensive but tasty lunch amid all the crowded, noisy franchise places in and around Hamburg. You queue on line to place and pay for your order, which is brought to your table when it's ready. Delicious freshly-baked-on-the-premises bread makes for great sandwiches. (Try the Italiano for a heart one.) You can even choose a beer from a good assortment of the bottled variety.

Attractive area for seating outside (with some umbrellas) is ideal on a warm day.

It's basically Panera Bread with flatbread instead of french bread. The soup and sandwiches I've had have been very nice but nothing too fantastic.
