“Not as good as Malone's”
Reviewed February 17, 2008

I ate at this restaurant once after reading the recommendations on this homepage. The food couldn't meet my high expectations, but the wine was great!
The restaurant is nice, has a great atmosphere with candles and nice furniture.
The Filet Mignon doesn't ace the Filet Mignon at Malone's whose steaks are rated No. 9 in the USA [-] !!!
The steaks at Jonathan don't melt in your mouth and are $10 more expensive ($35) than the Malone's Filet Mignon ($25).
The only highlight at Jonathan's was the atmosphere and the wine! The wine selection is great. If you are tired of bad Merlot's I highly recommend the 2002 Rutherford Hill Merlot (Napa Valley) half bottle for $26. It became our favorite wine after dining there!
Because of the overpriced food (2 persons $110) which tasted not spectacular I rate this restaurant average, 3 stars.

“Small, Great Patio, Great Food, Heather is the best!”
Reviewed August 20, 2007

I was in town for one night on business, my hotel was not nice and I had had a long day and even longer rainy drive. Around 9, I went to Jonathan's and had a nice quiet meal, I even got to do some studying while i was there for school the next day. I had a special, Halibut with Mango sauce, black bean topping and goat cheese... A++++

Service was also spectacular. I had heather as a server, she is attentive, knowledgeable, and also beautiful!

Go there!
