Our family of 5 stayed here for 10 days in July-Aug 2011. We were looking for clean, basic accommodations that allowed us to save money by cooking "at home", and were so pleased to find all that and more. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to help. Access to the hotel itself is controlled, so it feels safe and secure, Though centrally located at Richmond/Rd and New Circle, the building is tucked away in a neighborhood along the city reservoir, so even the surroundings are decent - our family enjoyed looking out for turtles and geese on our drive in and out. The only thing to keep in mind is that the price is so low because many of the typical hotel amenities are optional and at an additional charge. Internet $10 a week. Addl housekeeping (more than once every 2 weeks) also a charge. Bring your own coffeemaker if you don't want to buy one of theirs for $25. Besides the snack and hot/cold drinks vending machines, the closest food is a gas station a 10 min walk away. Beyond that about a 5 minute drive to Burger King. If you're prepared ahead of time - this is a great place for a family stay!
