If you have eaten personal wood-fire/brick oven pizza's in Europe then you know what you are getting here. It is not perfect, but reasonably price, the portion is sufficient (unless you are a big portions person) and not a bad reproduction. There is going to variability -- this is not a domino's pizza (neither good nor bad, domino's perfected the identical pizza)-- so it won't always be perfect. It is thin crust with the emphasis on quality (and I don't mean "quality" as Papa John would define it). You order and pick up. No tipping.
