I was taken here as a birthday treat with a friend . We had a really tasty three course set menu which cost about £28 per person in the restaurant . The service was very good . It’s a lovely converted barn with one half a bookable restaurant , the other half a cafe that’s first come first served . There’s a large gift shop on site and you can also pay to go in and see the private garden which has loads of different interesting areas including a maze and a woodland walk . I’ll definitely be going back .

My wife and I are regulars at the Leaping Hare. It is a perfect setting with beautiful grounds and great staff. It is sufficiently expensive to attract the Norfolk and Suffolk well-heeled and to stop chavs and the great unwashed. My only gripe is that the portions are far too small.

Fabulous food and excellent waiting staff but definitely a blip today on the front of house organisation...perhaps too few staff to cope with the cafe overspill on the Terrace outside.
Our starters were served and then taken away as they were for a different table and when we were served our first course we waited to eat as our aperitifs had yet to arrive.
Really nice menu with a twist on the traditional ...a special place where blips can be forgiven! Do try the local Wyken Wine and the House aperitifs.

Absolutely lovely restaurant with great food. Not cheap but you get what you pay for! You can drink their very own wine which is top class. There is also a very interesting shop attached with masses of interesting gifts.

Delicious lunch on a beautiful sunny day in a delightful setting. Service was discreet and personal. The gardens at Wyken Vineyards are spectacular. Highly recommended for a lovely day out.
