I used to enjoy eating here...but since I visited last time I thought the food had gone downhill but prices had gone up
Food arrived luke warm and my pancakes arrived with the most bizzare looking substance on top which I hope was unmelted cheese.salad leaves had seen better days and the white plate that the food was served on had baked on grease marks on it..nice.a member of our party had the homemade meat pie which looked like and apparently tasted like it had been heated up to a inch of its life which resulted in it being very dry. I feel they need to focus on quality not quanity

Have eaten at the White Horse twice in quick succession recently and both times I had absolutely no complaints.

A proper good old fashioned English pub serving proper good old fashioned pub grub all at very reasonable prices and the midweek '3 courses for £10' offer is amazing value.

Nice to see the English pub is alive and kicking in some quarters.

Lovely pub and owners very friendly. Only stayed one night as visiting friends nearby but wished could stay longer. Rooms excellent standard had allthe luxury of a hotel. Very clean all over spotless bathroom and never seen sheets ironed with such perfection! Breakfast was amazing. The boys said best they have ever had (real fried bread) pitty we had to rush off . Had a joining rooms in converted barn. Thank you for a lovely stay :-)
