This was better than we expected. What i loved most was that they let you touch all the animals. We got to feed birds in the cage with them and touch kangaroos and an emu. The place just got a new owner that you tell was putting a lot of money into the place. Also the onyx cave tour was included in the admission fee and though the cave was small it was much more interesting than mammoth cave because of all the formations, we loved it. Highly recommend

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We wish that everyone's was as great as yours! We are very happy to hear that you had such a good time. The new owner has been working very hard to improve what was already here, and to also add more so that you can enjoy even more than what we already had for the price you pay. It is always nice to hear that hard work is being noticed. We hope that you will visit us again in the future as we will be adding even more cool animals and fun exhibits.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. Our group met here after going separate ways earlier in the day. The part to arrive first was welcomed and helped and even give a spot to sit without having paid admission. Once the rest of the group joined us, they held the 5 o'clock cave tour a few minutes and took us up there via golf cart. Later when we had a missing cell phone, everyone was so helpful and polite, even when we found the phone inside one of our bags! LOL
The cave tour was great too, but it was a bit more adventuresome than anticipated. We had a toddler in our group who had to be carried and at times this was a bit interesting with the wet floors and the narrow passages and low ceilings. Still we all made it and found the experience to be wonderful.
The animal experiences were also very interesting and informative. We were glad we had been warned about the bird exhibit, where the birds will land on your head and arms ... only 1 person in our party was interested in that! And once again, the staff members were very helpful and friendly.

We love hearing great reviews on our staff! So glad that we were able to help with you "lost" cellphone. We strive in doing whatever we can to make your time here enjoyable, and are glad that we did just that for you and your group. The cave can be very adventuresome, but it is a rather cool cave. We hope that you still enjoyed viewing the birds even if you chose not to go in with them. Hope you all visit again in the future as we are constantly getting new animals and working on opening new exhibits.

Have 'historically' visited this area from IN for years. Toured the Mam. Cave tours on one day with 9 and 6 yr old 'grands' ( we're old). Anyway, the 2nd day, we left choice to the young'uns. They choose this location. We saw everything. Staff was friendly and answered lots of our questions! Saw variety of critters from AUS and were very excited to actually get close and interact with such.(quality not quantity-tired of being mauled in petting areas elsewhere). HERE- Sheep herdin', cow milkin', bird feedin', python pettin' emu pettin', seein' AUS critters(hearin' dingo singin') while in sheepbarn, adequate human food avail., GREAT cave experience compared to others (can't believe such an intimate journey through a LIVE cave) with involved guides, well, while such may have been suggested by others as 'pricey', maybe not worth it,--- we senior citizens from mid. IN appreciate what this location is trying to do to give families such a great experience. We've been lots of places with the 'grands'. They had a ball today at the ADU. Even wanted to buy 'stuffies' to remember such. I'm just sayin' "in a world of Disney", and so many other destinations, this should be one on your list. It's pleasant, can be more short-term and certainly isn't the financial investment as others. AND very important- when comin' out of the cave, turn toward the 'rifle range experience'!!!!!!!!!!!!! First shootin' experience for the 6 and 9 yr olds. Careful, appropriate info. per individual. The 'grands' LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Almost signed up myself pushin' 70 yrs old. Very inexpensive for experience. Instructor knowledgeable, SAFE, and 'knows her stuff'. Most rewardin' time for 'grands'. Ok, finally, I'm not related to anyone on staff, I have no financial investment in this place, don't usually do promos, but did have a very pleasant experience with this location. We'd been a tad dismayed with the fatigue aspects of other 'sites' in the area. We were pleased that we'd ended up our KY experience with this location. Pleasant.

We love reading reviews like yours, and we are very glad that your grandchildren chose to view our attraction. We strive in making everyone's experience an enjoyable one. We hope that you all will visit us again in the future as we are going to open a new exhibit with bats, as well as having wagon rides (drawn by horses) up the hill.

The reason why my rating is very good is all because of the kangaroo's it's not every day you get to pet a kangaroo! It was awesome a bit sad though that you don't get more time with petting the kangaroos they were all so sweet! My fiancé and I were lucky enough to get to go alone with one of the keepers while the others went in like a group but they were very nice the keepers because we just asked if we had to go with the group since we would prefer just going by ourselves so they made it happen that was really cool! It's a bit expensive but it's going to a good cause. They also have a a pretty cool cave there and well I thought the story behind it was pretty cool the guy doing the tour seemed like he was in slow-motion though.

We are so glad that you enjoyed your time at our park! Petting the kangaroos is definitely something fun and exciting for all. We like to think that the kangaroos and cave are definitely some of the high lights of our park. We hope that you were able to see all of the other exhibits and enjoyed them as well.

We primarily went to see the cave but found the gift stores and animal attractions interesting as well. Cave guide was a chipper fellow with a goofy sense of humor. He was happy to answer questions and was easy to understand. He seemed concerned about everyone and made the tour fun with his personal stories. I can't say it was "worth the price" but we wanted to see it so we did.

We are glad that you chose to come and see our attraction and enjoyed the cave tour. Every cave in the area is different and we take pride in our employees and the customer service that we give. We are currently working on getting more attractions so that there is even more to see and do and hope that you will visit in the future when those exhibits are open. Thank you for your review.
