We had never heard about Corbara and the Le Passage, it was our first trip to Corsica. We had rented a “Cave” at Chez Caro and needed some food. We were hungry after a long ferry trip from Nice. We found this place, nothing glossy, but looked very local and friendly. We listened to the waiter who made recommendations to us. Waouu, it tasted absolutely delicious, and the taste of some of the dishes was new to us. Best restaurant meal ever, I said to my wife.
After the meal we were invited and met the chef (s) and had a very pleasant talk. Being from the North (Norway and my wife is fluent in French language is a clear advantage)
