Great hotel in a great location! All the staff were courteous and very helpful. The hotel was very clean. They offered bottled water at check in to every guest along with apples and hot baked cookies! Wonderful! I will definitely stay here again when in the area!

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us at the Hampton Inn here in Georgetown, KY. We do appreciate your kind review of our hotel and our staff. All of us here at the Hampton enjoy meeting new guests and welcoming back those that have stayed with us before. We are conveniently located off Interstae 75, near the Kentucky Horse Park, and Toyota Motor Manufacturing's largest North American plant. There are numeous places to eat within a 2 mile radius, and lots of things to see and visit. We work hard to present our guests with a quality stay through a friendly, helpful Front Desk staff: clean, comfortable rooms; and great guest services. We try to make all of our guests feel at home when thay are with us. We hope that you will come back and see us again whenever you are back in the Georgetown area. Hope to see you soon!

This Hampton Inn certainly has a friendly staff and a clean inviting lobby and breakfast area. The rooms have a microwave and fridge. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was the usual Hampton excellent variety of hot and cold choices. The hall and room carpets look like they need a good cleaning. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns and the rooms and hallways of this Hampton were not as bright and clean looking as we have seen elsewhere.

I just wanted to thank you for staying with us at our Hampton Inn in Georgetown, KY. We do appreciate your kind comments about our staff. We all enjoy meeting new people and welcoming back former guests. We pride ourselves on quality customer care and guest services. We were glad to hear that you had a restful night's sleep on our Cloud Nine mattress, and that you enjoyed our hot breakfast in the morning. We will do a deep cleaning on our carpets when winter comes and our business slows down a little. Being conveniently located near I-75, the Kentucky Horse Park, and the Toyota Motor Manufacturing plant, we stay full most of the year, making it difficult to deep clean as often as we would like. Of course, our carpets are cleaned every day. We hope to see you back again.

Friendly service, within walking distance of convenience store, restaurants, fast food. Convenient to I-75. After returning home from my stay, I realized I had left a favorite t-shirt. I called and spoke with Chris. He said he would check with housekeeping and mail it to me if they found it. Two days later I received my shirt. Thank you Chris for keeping a promise!

As you mentioned in your review, we are very convenient to I-75 and a number of restaurants within a few miles. I was more than happy to find your tee shirt and return it. Crisp, clean and very comfortable rooms and lobby. While the hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, it does not have the usual freeway noise. I will stay there any time I am in Georgetown area for business or pleasure.

We wanted to thank you for staying with us, and for your kind comments in this review. We are conveniently located right off I-75 at Exit 126 and very easy to get to. There are a number of restaurants within a 2 mile radius of the hotel that offer a variety of offerings. We are only 6 miles away from the Kentucky Horse Park, a favorite vacation spot, as well as a venue for many horse events. We are about 2 1/2 miles from Toyota Motor Manufacturing's largest North American plant, that offers tours for visitors several times a day. Georgetown and Central Kentucky offers lots of areas for fun, recreational activities and historical places to visit. We hope that the next time you are in the area, you will come back to see us. Like our motto says, "We Love Having You Here". Hope to see you soon.

Yes, the Georgetown Hampton is a typical Hampton, but there is something special about it. The folks who run it and especially those with whom you come in contact are special. Front desk people lively and welcoming and willing to help with restaurant advice or any need. The breakfast supervisor willing to provide every need and, yes, complete with a pleasant personality. Just must be something about Kentucky folks. Room, clean and complete with a good supply of towels. And walls thick enough to shut out any baby cry, toilet flush, or family arguments. Who could ask for more?

We try to be helpful in giving directions, good places to eat, and things to see and do for the whole family. We especially enjoy the many guests that we have that have stayed with us for several years (several for over a decade!). This lets us know that we are doing things right. And it also makes us to try harder not to disappoint those that have put their faith in us to provide clean and comfortable accommodations. I made the mistake of booking my stay, sadly 3 times, through Expedia, every time I had a double for a king or a king for a double, I was just in town and left Hampton this morning, boy was I mad, I specifically told the Expedia rep a King with a pull out couch, come to my surprise I was in a King but no pull out couch, If it weren't because my grandchildren love this place I would have left. Then when I call to speak to the rep they blamed the whole thing on the Hampton. I could not believe them. And just so you are informed, if you are a Honor don't matter if you are a diamond, you won't get points or regular honors benefits!!
Over all the front desk gals were pretty nice about the problem. I was accommodated with a roll over bed. Breakfast was great, Sad to hear about my favorite girl in the world, Bonnie, RIP. pool is heated , there is free waters apples and hot cookies for the kids!!

I'm sorry that you have had problems booking through a third-party. Those of us at the Front Desk are often at a loss when a reservation for a room with a double bed shows up, but then in the comments is says that the guest wants a king bed and we don't have any available. We have even had the situation when we were completely sold out and a third-party will still force a reservation through. Again leaving us to deal with an angry guest because they were told they would have a room. Third parties are helpful to both the guests and the hotels, but at times can create problems. I would suggest that anyone booking through a third-party, follow up with a call to the hotel to see if you actually are getting what you asked for. But, regardless of how you got here, we hope you enjoyed your stay and hope you will come back again.

Stayed 2 nights on business. Hampton Inn seems all the same anywhere. This is also the typical Hampton Inn. Clean, comfortable bed. But very basic. No restaurant in a hotel, but there are some restaurants nearby that is convenient. If you do not expect hotel service, this is a good choice in the area.

Like all Hampton Inns, we offer free Internet service throughout the hotel for our guests, and have a small business center with a computer and printer for our guests to use. And Hampton Inns are known for our hot breakfast that we provide every morning. Especially designed for our extended stay visitors, our hot breakfast menu changes daily. Warm cookies at night and our Cloud Nine beds provide our guests with a good night's rest. We also have numerous restaurants within a 2 mile radius, and interesting places to see for the casual traveler. So whether on business or pleasure, the Hampton Inn in Georgetown would love to have you stay with us again.
