This is a great place to bring the kids and learn a little about Kentucky wildlife and the ecosystem in Kentucky. We usually go there once or twice a year. There's a black bear, deer, a wildcat, turkeys and buffalo just to name a few animals. These are all rescued/saved animals. There is a little walking bath around a water feature. It is very affordable...and there is a place to do some fishing from a stocked pond managed by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife

Certainly not a big zoo but very entertaining and educational for its purpose....to showcase native Ky animals, fish, and reptiles. A very good (and inexpensive) way to spend a couple hours in Frankfort! Look for the wild rabbits, geese, and ducks as you enter the grounds.

We love the game farm! Its an awesome activity for families or just to take a walk and see some fun things. My kids love it! The staff is always great. We go a few times a month.

Easy walk outside & great play/hands on learning area inside. Both my 6 & 9 yr olds enjoyed it. It was a hot day on our visit and a lot of the animals were staying in the shade but could still be viewed.
