We ate here based on Trip Advisor reviews out of a number of restaurants near our hotel. We were glad we did. We each had 1/3 rack of their award-winning ribs--four meaty ribs, choice of two sides, and a corn muffin. We both thought they were some of the best ribs we've ever eaten. The sauce was flavorful, slightly smoky, and not too sweet. For sides we chose cole slaw, baked beans, green beans, and fries. The fries were pretty ordinary--the other three choices were excellent. The corn muffins were very good too. (Ours were not swimming in butter.) Being a Saturday night we had to wait for a table, but not very long--maybe 15 minutes. The service was excellent in spite of being very busy. While waiting for our order, we were given a small bowl of homemade chips to try with the six different BBQ sauces on our table. And when I raved aout the sauce on the ribs, the waiter brought me a big bag of samples to take home. From the other reviews I was worried about being too stuffed, but 1/3 rack was just perfect. If we stop in this area again on our way south, we won't eat anywhere else.
