My family and I went to Mammoth Cave and stayed here two nights. Great stay, no problems. Hotel staff very friendly, breakfast is same as all Hampton Inns (good breakfast). There are quite a few restaurants in walking distance (Ruby Tuesdays, Cracker Barrel, and Ryan's to name a few).

Staff was very helpful, helped start my with a dead battery and would not take anything for it. They were helpless to deal with key cards that persistently would not work. Managers and maids key cards were equally problematical.

The hotel I felt was overpriced for the small double beds. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable but a little tight. The breakfast area is out in the open...would prefer it to be in a room not in the lobby area.

Stopped last night at 9:30 p.m. to see if this hotel had any rooms with a king size bed left for the night and there was no one at the front desk! We waited for nearly 15 minutes before the girl came out of the room with toilet paper in had. When we asked if she had a room with a king she immediately said no! We said that was fine, but when I mentioned that I have a Hilton Honors card she all of a sudden had a couple of rooms left and promptly booked us one. Hmmmm? Room was clean, bed comfortable and we had a relaxing night. Customer service could be better here. Stayed on March 22nd. Sandi Howard

An HHonors hotel. Highly recommended. Exceptional job at customer service. We were surprised of the quietness of the room considering we were just off the elevator entrance to the second floor. But we slept well and were not unhappy with any of the accommodations. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was complimentary.

Hotel is clean and fresh. Staff is wonderful and you will be treated as if your special! breakfast food needs to be hotter. Hotel maintanance is the best with quick responses and fast fixies. good location for quick on the expressway with lots of food choices around to help with your dinner variety.

I love the new renovated hotel. Each morning breakfast was great as well as each employee that we encountered! The breakfast staff was so ploite and awesome. Great customer service! I will always choose to stay at this hotel.
