Hotel was in great shape. But room lacked furniture: there was no desk, chair or desk lamp etc. We did not complain, so i guess it is our problem. It was a better than average breakfast for a Hampton. Even though we had the furniture issue we would stay there again.

We arrived to our room - a king bed with a full sofa bed - and notice the room looked huge. But then noticed that it seemed empty. It had no desk, no chair and of course no desk lamp. Tried calling the front desk, and it had no dial tone.

Front desk apologized and said that many rooms were missing the desk. Recently under new owners, but banked owned for a while and of course they did nothing for the property. Unfortunately the hotel was full and no other rooms they could switch us. Had to ask for a discount - was not offered one... Luckily, the trip was leisure and was not expected to work. Maintenance did come over quick to fix the phone.

Bed mattress was old, it had a decent mattress top so it was still comfy, except it the other person moved, you would think there was an earthquake.

Bathroom was big and separate shower & stall from the sinks and mirror. Counter space was huge. Bathroom was pretty clean, but property overall was showing its age and a lack of TLC. After staying at another Hampton 4.5 stars, this was a huge letdown.

Some mold on the caulking on the shower... Water pressure was ok and temperature was good. How long can it take to fix it though? And the shower curtain needed some cleanup of soap scum. Hotel is off the interstate but this is no Hampton. Econo budget maybe...

Pool was fine, but no washer/drier - had to resort to the hair drier....

Breakfast fare was ok, though plates, napkins, yogurts and most of the fruit was out at 9am - had to ask for more plates and napkins. I guess hotel was full? Missing chairs... Did the bank take them wit the desks?

Reiterated my displeasure at checkout and all I got was a "I'm sorry". Where's that 100% guarantee mentioned on the sign?

Will call corporate on Monday. Does not deserve the Hampton brand. At all... Should have stayed at the comfort inn next door.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn, Dry Ridge KY on our way to Florida. the hotel was more than adequte. Great rooms, good beds, wonderful breakfast. Nice friendly staff. They have everything you need for a good nights sleep for a weary traveller. I will definately stay there again.

We stayed here on our way through to South Carolina. This was a great stop. It was clean, nice, and the staff was very friendly. It was a quick check-in and easy check out. The breakfast area was well done, plenty of variety, and the staff maintained it very well. We will definitely stop here again on our way through.

Room Tip: Our beds were doubles, not queens.

We loved the staff and the accomodations. At this location, they clean ALL the bed linens including the duvet - so completely fresh each time you arrive. The common areas were clean. The breakfast hot and plentiful. The room was updated and comfortable. We will make this our regular stop while traveling through.
