“Not informed !”
Reviewed September 17, 2013 via mobile

We just checked in and was informed at check in that the king bed room we are in has no Internet service ! We were offered a double queen but that is not what we wanted ! The hotel needs to inform guests on their site that due to location of rooms with king beds that Internet is pretty much non Existent ! Not happy at all ! Since we have booked three nights I hope it gets better ! Will post another review at check out !

Thank you for your feedback! During your stay we were having our Wi-Fi access points repositioned to better distribute the signal through the hotel. I'm sorry for any issues this had caused you and hope you'll visit us again in the future.

Extremely inexpensive at FANTASTIC location. We were at our way to South and it was convenient place to spend the night. We expected a below average hotel, dated etc. What a NICE SURPRISE: Clean, HUGE room, Q U I E T. Above more reputable hotels in sleeping quality, cleanliness, friendly people at the front desk.
Great parking, well lit, secure. Breakfast was not extraordinary, but VERY DECENT. And coffee was good. But again, for the price paid (well under hundred) I decided this hotel to be my "sleep over" hotel whenever I travel from Indiana to South. I use to stay in much more expensive Elzabethtown hotels, for no reason.

The rooms were nice and clean. Did have to kill a spider in bathroom. We got there early and they rushed to check us in, which may be why room was so hot. Took many hours for ac to get room cool. We were meeting relatives and had plans to chill around the pool. The perspective of the photo is truly deceiving. The pool is laughably small. Kids were bummed but made due. Bring conditioner as they only supply shampoo and it isn't the two in one kind. Ladies at front desk and maids were friendly and nice.

For the price, this hotel proved perfectly OK. The breakfast was a bit scrappy and the pool was tiny but, again, factoring in the price, we had no real complaints. A good place to access Mammoth Caves from too. Pleasant staff.

Not much in Cave City apart from a few motels so expect an early night!

1) Rooms are spacious and clean
Must have been recently remodeled.
2) Shower near sighted user friendly.
I find that many showers have no provision for me to park my glasses. A simple shelf works just fine. .Shelf in an unusual designed curtain less shower
3) Air conditioner an runs continuously. Sounds minor but a continuous sound (compressor on or off) creates a background that covers the outside noises
4) Price is right $70

So this coves all that we need for an overnight stay.

I stayed at this hotel on a trip to Mammoth Caves with family. The room was spacious and clean, especially for the reasonable price. The breakfast that was included was standard fare, hot waffles, breakfast meat and eggs, cereals, beverages, etc. The coffee was awful, but we just went down the street to the Mc Donalds to get our caffeine fix after breakfast. There were a lot of families and the kids seemed to enjoy the pool, especailly after a hot day at the park. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
