We arrived early in the evening and check-in went well. The area was quiet and felt safe. Our room appeared quite clean and newer, or freshly painted. Internet worked well. The light breakfast was adequate and fruit was available. I would book again if ever in this area.

As expected, It was a satisfactory 4-night, Tuesday through Friday stay at the end of March, at reasonable, competitive cost. Nothing extraordinary. Continental breakfast was not great, but still nice. Room was clean, although carpet looked as it could use good cleaning. List of TV channels was not available, so annoying surfing was necessary to find local news and weather. After our second night, towels were replaced as usually, but bed was not made (we always left for the whole day immediately after breakfast). The hinge on the bathroom door was so rusty and squeaking so loudly that it would wake me up. Whenever moved, the door would travel back 2-4 inches and it felt like the whole door would break off, if not lubricated. The rod supporting the sheer curtain was loose, and eventually fell off as I tried to open it. When I went to extend our stay for the fourth night, I mentioned those issues to the manager; he was apologetic, and had the issues taken care of by the time we returned, but did not offer any kind of compensation. The bathroom exhaust fan, and the under-the-window heating/cooling were louder than they should be, loud enough to disrupt the sleep. There was no option to keep the HVAC continuously on, which I can get used to and then ignore; noisy fan that cycles on and off cannot be ignored, unless you are drunk or sleep like a log! The heat lamps in the bathroom fan were replaced by compact fluorescents; nice move for the energy saving, but now there is no heat in the bathroom which is where you need it the most, until you fill it with steam - unnecessary waste of hot water. In summary: acceptable, but I would not recommend it.

We were traveling north on I-65 to michigan and were not able to find a hotel from Nashville to bowling green. I called the best western 800 number and they told me this was available at a great price. We arrived at 1:30am. Check in was fast and friendly. Our beds were super comfy although the pillows at best western have shrunk. The shower was warm. I recommend this hotel for a night or two.

Friendly service from staff... The hotel rooms are a little dated but comfortable. Great bar and lounge are. Nice open and social feel to the lobby area.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to through travelers.

This was 2nd time staying there at Cave City within last year, staff is very helpful & friendly. Was a little disappointed about the appearance of the bed spread which is the first thing you see when you walk into the room. Best Western is always a great value though.

We stayed here in January, 2014. We had reservations but it still took forever to get checked in. When we got to the room I was really disappointed. The floor was filthy. The bathroom was clean but needed repairs. I went and checked breakfast out the next morning and decided Cracker Barrel was a better option. The selection was very limited.

Average accomodations, adequate for needs. The room was quite dated and bathroom was very cold for some reason. The continental breakfast did not meet my expectations. Went to Cracker Barrel down the street.
